This is an intensive training, not a luxury escape. You will be in deep transformational sessions from morning to evening each day, working with esoteric yoga, tantric practices, embodiment, breathwork, shamanic rituals, mythology, astrology, inner parts exploration and women's circle work.
Iceland mirrors the journey: harsh, dark, raw, and breathtakingly beautiful. The land itself becomes your teacher.

Skaði is the goddess of winter, the hunt, and relentless determination. She thrives on challenge and never backs down.
Angurboða is the giantess and powerful witch who birthed the "monsters" of Norse mythology—the wolf Fenrir, the serpent Jörmungandr, and Hel, queen of the underworld. She represents the fierce, untamed creative force that births what the world fears.

Hel is the queen of the underworld, daughter of Angurboða. She is half radiant light and half decay—a living embodiment of duality, death, and rebirth. She rules the realm of the dead with dignity and power.
Eir is the goddess of healing, mercy, and shamanic medicine. She is a Valkyrie who revives fallen warriors and brings life where there was death. Everything blossoms in her presence.

Who We Are
We met in a profound healing space during a cold German winter, brought together by life or fate,
united from the beginning of an intense 8-day journey until the end.
Our encounter left us with the desire to explore this connection more and find out what could be birthed through us.

Lea is a Lifestyle Medicine Coach from Harvard Medical School and a certified Life Coach from Mindvalley, specializing in Trauma & Transformational Coaching. She is a hospitality manager, group facilitator, and guide for women ready to reclaim their power.
Her path has led her through domestic violence, addiction, and deep soul wounds—and out the other side into a life rooted in authenticity, sacred feminine leadership, and fierce grace.
She holds women's circles, transformational retreats, and coaching sessions, supporting high-achieving women to move from surviving to thriving, to trust their untamed truth, and to step into sovereign leadership through the integration of lifestyle medicine, tantric wisdom, polarity work, embodiment practices, and trauma-informed presence.

SARAH SCHILL
Sarah is a writer, scriptwriter, storyteller, and Creative Mentor. She also works as a Certified Coach of the Internal Family Systems Method (IFS) and is currently deep in her studies of Astrology and Mythology.
Her path has led her through many different healing modalities such as Indigenous Plant Medicine, Shamanic Practices, Psychotherapy, Family Constellation work, Breathwork, Polarity Teachings, Herbalism, Meditation, and Tantra.
She holds women's circles and works with her clients, supporting them to trust their inner knowing, connect with the loving, kind, and whole Self that lives inside us all, and dare to dance to the beat of their own drum.
