My Story

From the bustling world of hospitality to the sacred space of women's circles, my path has been one of continuous evolution and deep transformation.

I never expected that my years in hospitality management would lead me to becoming a guide for women seeking their divine feminine essence. But looking back, every step of my journey – from coordinating elegant events to leading dynamic teams – was preparing me for something greater!

My awakening began when I noticed a pattern. Like many women in high-performing roles, I was excelling in my career but feeling disconnected from my true feminine nature. I watched as brilliant, capable women around me struggled with burnout, trying to succeed in a world that often celebrates masculine energy at the expense of feminine wisdom.

This realisation led me on a profound journey of study and transformation. I sought out both ancient wisdom and modern science, becoming a Lifestyle Medicine Coach through Harvard Medical School and deepening my understanding of human transformation as a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach. But I knew that true transformation requires both mind and body wisdom, which drew me to become a Bodywork Practitioner through the International School of Temple Arts. Finally, my path led me to Sistership Circle, where I learned the ancient art of circle facilitation – a practice that would become central to my work in healing the feminine collective.

Through these studies, trainings and my own transformation, I developed a unique approach to coaching that focuses on the delicate dance between feminine and masculine energies – what I call Polarity Coaching!

Today, through Lea's Lifestyle, I bring together all these threads of learning:
